Creative Personnel conducts much of its business on the internet therefore we value the relationships we have with visitors to our site, and are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment during your visit. We want to reassure you that we take the collection, use and retention of your personal information seriously. Our main aim is to provide our recruitment services to you and to facilitate the recruitment process. In order to fulfil our legal and business obligations we collect your personal data such as your name, address, company details, phone numbers, email address and, if you are a jobseeker, information you supply to us on your cv or in video format. The provision of your personal data may be mandatory in order to process your requests and for us to provide a service to you. If so, mandatory fields will be marked with an asterisk. Failure to provide mandatory data may stop Creative Personnel from providing the requested service. Your personal information will be retained by us, processed and disclosed by us in the following ways:
- Allow jobseekers to submit a cv and/or video profile to apply for jobs advertised (on our website/s), and for clients to post a job and/or a company video profile (on our website/s);
- To facilitate the recruitment process (for jobseekers: match personal details to jobs, for clients: match company/job requirements with jobseeker details on our database);
- To forward to our clients personal details, cv’s and/or video profiles of suitable jobseekers;
- To keep you informed of suitable jobs or jobseekers which we think may be of interest to you;
- To allow jobseekers to subscribe to our Jobs by Email service;
- To 3rd parties in the event that our business merges with or is bought by another business, in which case we may disclose your personal data to that organisation;
- We may record telephone calls for record keeping, training or quality assurance purposes;
- To keep you informed of relevant products and services. This could include information about recently registered job requirements or jobseekers;
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us. As a result, your personal or company information can be accessed by Creative Personnel staff, only if they have a legitimate business need to do so;
- To notify you about changes to our service/s.

Rights of Access and Modification
Please contact your recruiter in the event that: you have queries about the information that we hold about you; you wish to inform us of changes to your information or wish you to correct the information we hold about you. Please contact in the event that you: have requests regarding our processing of your personal data; decide that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from Creative Personnel (or our group companies). Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing emails from us we may still use your information to assist you in your search for a role or to fill a job vacancy. If you do not wish Creative Personnel to hold your information, you are entitled to notify us and we will remove all your information from our database.

Liability
Creative Personnel will not be liable for: any loss of copy, artwork, photographs, data, cv and/or video profiles or other materials that the jobseeker supplies to Creative Personnel via the Creative Personnel website and the jobseeker shall be responsible for retaining in its possession sufficient quality and quantity of such materials for whatsoever purposes it may require; any mistakes or errors caused by the negligence of Creative Personnel, its employees or agents; any loss of information or data or any damage thereto in each case as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or which arise as a result of the acts or omissions of the jobseeker; any failure to secure employment or consequential loss (whether caused by the negligence of Creative Personnel, its employees or agents); any delay, costs, expense, loss, damage or liability (including without limitation as a result of any hardware failure, provision or use of software, virus, deletion, corruption, loss or removal of data) howsoever caused arising from any matter beyond the reasonable control of Creative Personnel or as a result of the acts or omissions of the jobseeker; any loss or damage whatsoever howsoever caused arising out of the negligence, dishonesty, misconduct, breach of faith, incompetence, or the wrongful disclosure of confidential information by any client of Creative Personnel. It is for the jobseeker to satisfy itself as to the integrity and reliability of all job ads placed on the Creative Personnel website; any breach of agreement or infringement or violation of any right of any person or be rendered liable to any proceedings whatsoever, as a result of any information or cv and/or video profile or application submitted to it by the jobseeker and the jobseeker indemnifies Creative Personnel against all costs, claims, damages, loss, expenses and liabilities suffered or incurred by Creative Personnel as a result of this undertaking and warranty being incorrect. Nothing in these terms and conditions will restrict or exclude Creative Personnel's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence. The jobseeker agrees and acknowledges that no condition, warranty or representation of any kind is, has been, or will be, given by or on behalf of Creative Personnel in respect of or in connection with the services and accordingly the jobseeker confirms that it has not, in accepting these terms and conditions, relied on any condition, warranty or representation by Creative Personnel or any person on its behalf, express or implied, whether arising by law or otherwise in relation to or in connection with the services. The benefit of any such condition, warranty or representation by Creative Personnel is hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waived by the jobseeker. The jobseeker accepts the risk that data transmitted electronically via the Creative Personnel website or otherwise may be intercepted before reaching its intended destination or accessed by unauthorised third parties and may be exploited unlawfully by such third parties. Creative Personnel does not assume responsibility for guarding against the acts of such third parties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or other damage resulting from third parties’ interception of or access to data of whatever nature.
General, Comments & Law
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect. Any waiver by Creative Personnel of any breach of, or any default under, any provision of these terms and conditions by the jobseeker will not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or default and will in no way affect the other terms of these terms and conditions. Failure or delay by Creative Personnel in enforcing or partially enforcing any provision of these terms and conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England.
